SubdivisionHQ started with a simple observation: HOA boards, especially self-managed ones, run violation enforcement out of whatever tools they already have — email, spreadsheets, text threads — until a case turns into a dispute and that scattered record becomes a real problem.

We build software that organizes that process instead: case files, notice history, and board records built specifically around Texas self-managed HOAs, with architecture designed to expand to other states over time.
