SubdivisionHQ is provided to HOA boards and management companies onboarded directly by our team. Access is limited to authorized users of an onboarded organization.

SubdivisionHQ is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The platform and its educational content do not guarantee compliance with any law, including Texas Property Code Chapter 209 or the laws of any other jurisdiction. Boards should consult a qualified attorney regarding questions specific to their community.
Account responsibilities
Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the platform and for maintaining the confidentiality of their board members' account credentials.
